Authors and viewers should be able to use Rise in the Mac or Windows side of the browsers detailed here.
Are your users switching browsers/devices, but looking to resume where they've left off? If you're hosting your course in an Learning Management System (LMS), the LMS will track that information. If you're using the "share" link from Rise or hosting it on a web server, the user would need to be viewing the course on the same device/browser where the local cookies/history are stored.
Keep in mind that each Articulate ID is for one individual - so you'll want to use the "Send a copy" feature to allow other users to have access to the Rise course for editing purposes and each person will own and edit their own copy.
We're also working on a Collaborators feature so that you and another 360 Teams member could edit the same Rise course together. We'll keep you posted on that feature's release!

Let me know if you need anything else!
nope I actually author on two machines (work and personal), and often switch out in the same hour! It's all web-based
Thank you all! I've been knee-deep on a different project entirely, which is why I didn't get to thank you sooner!
This is great news because there is more than one author / contributor.
Y'ALL ROCK AND THANK YOU AGAIN!
