Hi Jonathon, thanks for your questions! I'm happy to help answer these.

  1. Can users access the digital content without learners having to sign into a non-company portal/platform?

Yes, and this will all depend on how you deploy the course to learners. For example, you can choose to export a Rise course as web-only output and host it on your own web server. You can read more about ways to share Rise courses with learners here
  2. What SSO/hybrid models and intranet/extranet/hybrid integration/delivery options are available with Rise?

Rise does not have SSO (single sign-on). Since it is web-based, there isn't an intranet version. Rise cannot be run locally or deployed internally on your system. If you have a pre-existing single sign-on solution, you may be able to use that. If you have more questions about compatibility with your pre-existing solution, share the details of that solution with us here, and we'll point you in the right direction.
  3. Is Rise compatible with the following: WCAG 2.0, JAWS, IE11/Chrome and apps?
  4. Does Rise content integrate easily through modern APIs? And LMS systems? E.g. Degreed learning platform, Jive interface, Slack, etc.

Rise supports xAPI-, SCORM-, and AICC-compliant LMSs. You can read more about how to share a Rise course on a learning management system here.  While I don't have experience with the other integrations you mentioned, other folks in the community may be able to share how they've used those platforms along with Rise.
