I noticed that you have templates in the Course Library. I tried to download FRACTUAL Template into Rise 360 and could not. How do I take advantage of those templates. Roxanne
Templates in Rise work in a different way to those in Storyline and the templates in the Content Library are not designed to be downloaded into Rise. If you want to use them in a block in a Rise course, you need to create your course component in Storyline with the new template and then import it into Rise as a Storyline block.
Templates in Rise are designed to enable you save a group of blocks from a current course and either reuse them later in the same course or in an entirely different course.
As Ned mentioned, the Fractal template is for Storyline 360.
But not to worry, Rise 360 has templates, too! Simply click the New Course button, then click Templates to find a library of beautifully-designed templates that are fully customizable.

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for adding the detail of the Rise templates, I completely missed that one :-)
