I have several SL blocks in my Rise module and they work fine in Rise preview mode. Once I export to our LMS several of the blocks are blank. I have tried duplicating the course and I get the same problem.
Hi there, Monica. I tested a sample course on SCORM Cloud, and the Storyline blocks were displaying for me. Would you be willing to privately share your output with us here for testing? We'll delete your content once we've finished troubleshooting.
I am having the same problem but I am exporting as web. The blocks that do not export are random, in other words, they're not the same in each export. I've tried 10+ exports without being able to identify a pattern. Behavior is very random. I need to submit this project ASAP, your help is appreciated.
Hi Ana, thanks so much for sharing your experience. Our team has done some more testing, and we're seeing the same problem. As you mentioned, it happens intermittently, so it's a challenge to nail down. Our team is continuing to investigate this issue, and I'll report back as soon as I know more!
In today’s update for Rise 360, we fixed the issue where some Storyline blocks weren’t loading in Rise 360 courses. You can export your Rise course for web or LMS again, and everything should work as expected.
