We had a problem: We created a Rise 360 Course and exported to LMS (Scorm 1.2) to install this in our Moodle. But when we had tried the course, this didn't show the tracking of the course.
Tell me more about how Moodle isn't tracking the course. Did you complete the course, but Moodle does not show completion?
If you test the output in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, does the same problem happen there? Our team can lend a hand with that test, if you can share your file with us here.
