Each Rise course is "owned" by a single person. So when course ownership is transferred, it is transferred from one person to another, not from team to team.
What is required for all of this to work, is that everyone concerned must have an Articulate 360 Teams account.
As long as this requirement is met, course ownership can transferred to any other Articulate 360 Teams account holder. They can be on a different team in the same organization, or in a completely different external organization.
Alternatively, a copy of a Rise course can also be sent to any other Articulate 360 account holder.
