We have worked with a partner who has created training for us in Rise and other pieces of Articulate. That contract is expiring and we have purchased Articulate 360 Teams. How do I get all of the material from the contractors account to ours? I have the links and they are willing to do whatever is needed to transfer to us, we just do not know how to make this happen. Thank you!!

Your partner just needs to go to rise.articulate.com, click the ... next to the course name, and then choose the option to send a copy:
That will send over a copy of the source. He/she will only be able to share the course with people who have an active Articulate 360 license.

This feature is currently not working for us. It gets stuck on "sending" and never sends the email to send a copy of the course. Please assist.
I have just sent a ticket for this to Articulate Support as well.
can you please give an update as this is 2 years old please articulate? can zip files work??
