I am using a virtual machine that was wiped with my storyline content saved on its hard drive. Is there any way to download the storyline files uploaded to Rise back to Storyline 360.
Hi Shutterstock. I'm sorry that the machine got wiped! The Storyline interactions you have in Rise are from what's been published to Articulate 360. Because it's published output (and output that is automatically uploaded to Articulate Review), you won't be able to open or edit any of that content in Storyline.
The files that are published to Review are packaged specifically for upload there, so there isn't a way to pull out the content from Review to host somewhere else. If you grab the Share links you can use those to send along to others but there isn't an option to pull the content out of Review.

I thought so, was worth a try. Is there a way I can download a zip file of
the published files?

Hi Aissa,
Unfortunately I'm the bearer of more bad news. 😕

Ah well... lesson learned, always backup your files :-)
Thank you, appreciate the quick responses.
