My current team license is due to expire and I have a few Rise courses on my account that we would like to transfer to a new different Teams Account that our Global team has purchased.
Is there a seamless way to make sure those files from the expiring account are transferable to the new team account?

Email a copy of each Rise course from your old account to your new account.
Fantastic. Will this still work if my old license expires before I am able to receive my new account credentials? Does this copy package everything?
Sorry if a redundant question, I am just worried to loose all that work.

Both the old and new account need to be active at the same time for this to work.

Will you be using the same email address on the new account as you used on the old account? If so, your courses will follow you to the new account!
