Transitioning to Articulate and putting together a Tech QA plan

Our team has started the process of transitioning from Lectora and Captivate to the Articulate Suite. Our current plan is to start with Rise, Replay, Review, and the Content Library. We’ll certainly be leveraging the on-line tutorials and webinars. I’m wondering if anyone has advice on how we can best move forward or things we should avoid.
Also, we're putting together a technical QA plan for Rise-built courses. We'll need to test in IE11 (for now), Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on iOS devices. Does anyone have any advice or best practices related to putting together a tech QA plan? Any tools beyond an excel spreadsheet?
Thanks

Hi Kevin! Long time. I hope all is well with you. I've just spent the last 12 months working almost exclusively with Articulate 360 and more specifically Rise. I think you have my mobile number. Perhaps we could meet for coffee or lunch and I'd be happy to share with you my experience.
Hey Rick,
I don't have your mobile number but it would be great to meet and catch up!!
Hi Kevin,
I'll be curious to hear more about your transition plan, as I'm sure it could benefit a lot of other Articulate 360 users.
Also, a quick FYI responding via email will include your signature here. You can edit that out using the Edit button below your reply here.
