Translation XLIF Import in Articulate Rise leads to NO CHANGE

Hello. I have followed all of the instructions. After import, I'll even receive a "Import Successful" message. Can you explain why no imports are apparent.

The only I can think might be happening is that I have edited the XLIFF using Notepad++ 

While this is not the way our company will approach the translation process, I wanted to run a test to see if it would work. It doesn't.

This is my sample document that I have been using for testing purposes. Can you please explain why it isn't working
