I have a dilemma. A colleague created a Rise program for me and did not provide me ownership before they lost their license. I have the original English XLIFF file that I had exported for translation. Can that be used to somehow import it in a blank Rise? I did try to just use the Import Translated Text but of course that did not work. Any help with this would be appreciated.
Hi Mariane! Since XLIFF files are specific to the courses they were exported from, there isn't a way to import a translated XLIFF file into a blank Rise 360 course.
Is it possible that your organization may be able to temporarily add your colleague back to your Articulate 360 team so they can transfer the course to you?
unfortunately no. it is disappointing that even though I was a collaborator on her file, it disappeared for me also. We are in the midst of rebuilding it.
