There is no exception for using a Word doc to import the file from what I am reading?

Hi Tameka,

You cannot import a Word document into Rise for translation purposes.

Rise only supports XLIFF files.

In the meantime, when you reply via email, it includes your email signature with contact information in the public discussion.  You can edit it out of the post here if you wish!
