Hello! I am having difficulty uploading Mp4's into a Rise 360 course. I have 2 different courses and both are giving me difficulty. Once uploaded, the notice says "processing video", but the video never uploads. I have tried Chrome and other browsers with no success. I have tried logging out of Articulate, restarting my computer, etc... to no avail :(

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having trouble!
Here are some things you can try before re-uploading:
- Check that your Chrome browser is fully updated
- Clear your browser Cache
- Check your file does not exceed 5 GB
- Rename your file to make sure it has no special characters and to a name, you haven't used yet
- Try in Incognito Mode
