My IT department has remoted in twice now to help me install the required update for Articulate 360. It keeps spinning and will not update. The program just says, "Waiting to Install Articulate 360". Has anyone had this happen, and do you know what to do to fix it? I am wanting to use the Rise 360 software. It used to be you had to access it from Articulate 360. Is that still the same?

Articulate 360 is already installed on my computer. Today, when I went to open it, the "Waiting to Install" message came up. I need to access the Storyline app for a deadline tomorrow.
I had the same issue... However, I removed the old installation package and downloaded and installed a new one from the website and it worked prefectly.

If you will be using only Rise 360, there is nothing to install. Simply login at https://rise.articulate.com/
Storyline 360 and a few other apps need to be installed, if you will be using them.

In our organization all computers are locked down and we cannot install any apps.
We had to get our IT department to install Storyline.
