Trying to upload images in Rise 360

I am trying to upload several images from my computer. Each time I try an Error message appears. There are no other options, no right click to learn more about the error. I have tried uploading jpeg, png, and bmp files. I am using Windows 10, Chrome, have just updated Rise this morning, and still getting the 'Error'. The course is brand new, but to rule out a bad file, I created a new lesson. Same 'Error' message.
A help ticket has been created with the support desk, but after two days of no progress, I'm resorting to you all. I have cleared my cache, history, rebooted my laptop, the file sizes are small (50kb, 165kb, 2,014kb, 654kb), have emailed the attachments to Tech Support, have re-exported the image, and have tried various browsers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am on a tight timeframe and need to finish this project. (I'm really not wanting to use our other software.)

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having uploading images to your Rise 360 course. I see that you've been working through this with Rowie, but you haven't yet found a solution.
He's reviewing the image files you sent as we speak, and you should hear back from him soon. Thank you for sticking with us on this!
