Unable to Change Course Labels

Hi people,

I have created custom labels at the course level to change e.g. Start Course to Start Learning. This has worked for all except one where despite the custom text reading as Start Learning, when I preview, it reads as Start Course. Tried in different browsers in different environments. I am the course owner so have sufficient rights. Any thoughts as to what I can do?
