Unable to open Rise 360 in Chrome

Hi there,
I am unable to open Rise lessons to work on in Chrome. They open fine in IE, but I get a continuously loading screen when I try to work in Chrome, and it never ends up actually loading. I would continue to just work in IE, but it does not support formatting functions that I need to use which are only accessible in Chrome.
I have tried clearing my cache, browsing history, and reset the time on my desktop- all of these things I saw worked for other people in Articulate 360 articles I've found on this issue, but nothing has worked for me. Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear RIse 360 is giving you trouble in Chrome. It sounds like you've followed all the right steps, but nothing has worked so far. I'd like to enlist our Support Engineers' help to get you back up and running. I've opened a case on your behalf, so you should hear from the team soon!
