Hi, I wonder if anyone has encountered this. At the moment, I am not able to paste any text into some Rise blocks. The ones I tried so far include list (bullet), tabs, and flash cards.
The source of the text does not seem to matter: I tried copying from another part of the same Rise course, from Word text, from Storyline 360 and from plain text in Notepad. Nothing gets pasted.
I can type in the text in the same field. Has anyone encountered this and know of any solution. Thank you very much for your help!
we're seeing the same thing. Also, i can't access the "Settings" in a labeled graphic. I can edit the markers, but not anything else about the block. Multiple browsers, multiple computers, multiple users.
When you go to edit, do you see an additional edit button underneath the Labeled Graphic itself? Try clicking this to edit the main image. Does this help?

That edit button is present, however the "Settings" button which is where i would define padding, background color and image size is not.
Me too. A recent update to 360 causing this? I can copy to Word and then copy back but that takes time.

The fix that was just implemented has worked for us. We can paste and also the Settings button is back and working.
