unable to regain access to Rise end-of-course quiz

Hi. I have a feeling this is an easy fix I am overlooking... I have a Rise course with a quiz at the very end. Prior to the quiz, I have a lesson that I have ending with a "Continue" divider that advances the learner to the quiz section. If the learner does not complete the quiz, and instead closes out of the course with intentions to come back later to complete the quiz... once they return to the course, the "Continue" divider is no longer there since the learner had already selected it previously; therefore, they are unable to regain access to the quiz which is required for course completion. Any thoughts on what adjustments I need to make? Is it the continue divider? Is it something in Settings? Thanks!

Hi Liz, thanks for reaching out. Once your learner clicks on the Continue button, it should send them to the quiz lesson. If they exit from the quiz lesson and resume the course, they will be sent back to the quiz lesson. Are you experiencing something different?
Yes something different. When I duplicated the issue - I reached the quiz and then closed out completely - went back in and it resumes on the page right before quiz, but since I ended that page with a "continue [to quiz]" divider button, that continue is now gone since they already selected in previously. Not finding a way for them to advance forward to finally complete the quiz
Here are some screen shots of what is happening. It is causing a lot of users to be marked "Incomplete" and not have a way to return to quiz to obtain completion. Any help or suggestions with how to fix would be much appreciated.
Hi Liz! Thanks for sharing the screenshots. May I know which LMS you are using?
Hi Hazel - LearnUpon is the LMS ... I am not the LMS administrator, so I would need to pull in someone else to answer any LMS specific questions. I appreciate you all helping. This is something I am being pushed to correct by end of day today (8/30) :-)
Hi Liz! I'd love for our team to test your course from our side, if that's okay with you. Would you mind sending your LMS output file to us privately by clicking here? We'll keep an eye out for it!
Hi Alyssa and team... I just sent the attachment as part of Articulate Case #02894959.
Thank you all for helping :-)
