Hi Carla,

Which of these steps does not work? Where does the process stop working?

  1. Create your video block within your Rise course
  2. Within your Rise course, select Edit at the left side of the video block.
  3. You will see a thumbnail and the name of the default video file as shown in the image below.
  4. Select Edit located to the far right of the video file name.
  5. Select Replace video.

Hi Carla, I am sorry you are having problems replacing the video in your video block. I am here to help. I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close down your browser.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Make sure your browser is updated.
  4. Clear your browser's cache.
