I have a full 360 license, but I have some co-workers who have Rise-only licenses. When I try to collaborate on a course, I receive the error, "This user does not have a Team Account." When I try to share a course, I receive the error, "Failed to send copies to the following emails, please ensure that they have valid subscriptions." Suggestions please!

Hi Emily,
It seems that all of you have individual/freelance licences.
As the message indicates, in order to be collaborators on courses being developed by others, you all need to have Articulate Teams accounts.

Hi Emily!
When you say that some co-workers have Rise-only licenses, do you mean that they have a Rise.com subscription?
If you can share specific email addresses with us privately by opening a case, I can help you sort this out. Thanks!
HI Emily,
I'd like to have some advice on team account.
I'm the only one in my team to have access on SL projects. It makes things difficult when on holidays. How can I do ?
Thank you.
Johannes
Hi Johannes,
The problem with Storyline, is that that *.story files are stored on the hard drive of your local computer.
Before you go on holidays, copy the *.story files to a network drive where your colleagues can access them.
This method creates the problem of potentially having different versions of the same file.
