I was trying to upload a gif as the coverpage. The .gif is around 3mb. However it keeps telling me to verify that is a .gif. I had rendered a 8 second video into a .gif using Camtasia. Is there any restrictions?
Hi Zongxian! I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue! Are you by chance trying to author your Rise course in Internet Explorer? IE isn't a supported browser for authoring in Rise, so that could be causing the issue. Check out this article for supported browsers.
