I recorded a short (2 min/4.10MB) video in Peek and am trying to upload it to Rise. The error message I keep getting in Chrome and Explorer is, There was an issue uploading. Please try again. I have also tried using other videos that I have uploaded to SharePoint or YouTube without trouble and am getting the same message. Any ideas on what the problem is or how I could get this video in Rise?
Hi there, Amanda. I'm sorry you hit an error! I did a quick test, and I was able to upload both an Articulate Review hosted video and a video from my files. Can you delete the lesson or block that you were creating and try again?

One thing - make sure you're using a supported browser for authoring in Rise. That includes Chrome, Edge and Firefox on your Windows system.
