Any further word on recovering blocks that are accidentally deleted? I am creating my first RISE course and I'm astounded that there doesn't seem to be a way to "undo" a mistake...a function that is common to virutally EVERY program out there! Thanks...
I've had this issue today, and recovered the text I needed from a previously published version in Review 360. It's not ideal, but could be a time saver if you have a recently published version you can refer back to! :)
Irony here is that the deciders sign up for three more years of this system. So the only thing i can hope for is a robust change in the feature set of Articulate online tools. I will have to live with it and simply hope for amongst soo many other things, a clever, untimed undo function.
Let's do it!!! Give that UNDO button the love it deserves. It doesn't have the chance to support us in our mistakes. It wants to say, "Hey, it's OK; click on me, and you can go back!" BUT It only gets a chance to say, "Hey..." and it is removed from its sense of purpose. PLEASE empower that UNDO button before we all become undone! We need a saviour, a hero!
Please, please give us this very basic function of undo. I replaced an image by accident and can no longer use the original image as I no longer have a copy of it
I agree with everyone here. Having an undo and redo button seems ridiculous. Please please please for the love of all good things. . .give us these basic and training-saving buttons!
While I agree that an Undo button is needed, I'd be interested to know why the Articulate team has chosen to not include that functionality. What are the benefits?
I'm pretty sure it reduces cost. If you have to save loads of data so the users can hit the undo button, you need more data storage capacity (i.e. higher cost).
It's incredibly frustrating to hit (CTRL + Z) and sometimes things come back and other times it doesn't. I have just started using Rise and this will probably be the reason why I don't in the future...

Hi Rachael,
The UNDO timer lasts for just 10 seconds.
the CTRL Z does not work for me to recover deleted blocks. any help?
Please add an undo feature. Standard workflow feature. I see this has been requested for the last three years...
Hello,
Has there been any progress on the undo button?
Same here. This is ridiculous.

Any Update on a proper Undo Function/Button dear Articulate Team?

ctr+z doesn't seem to work for deleting a table.
Hello Aroha! I replied to your comment here.
I'm sorry about the deleted table, I know how it can be frustrating. I'm afraid there isn't a way for us to recover your deleted table.
I'm curious why it takes over 3 years to incorporate a bog-standard function.
+1 for this - either that or a way to manually save work or look at changes (like they have in Google docs).

Three years and no movement on this?

THIS! A THOUSAND TIMES THIS!

+1 This should be a basic functionality.

Yes that intrigues me too. Is it too difficult for them to add it to Rise?
