"Unsupported browser" error on Rise Mobile browser(Chrome)

Dec 20, 2018

Rise on Mobile browser(Chrome) shows an "Unsupported browser" error at the bottom of the page.

Because of this, the page is not responsive- example: the sidebar never goes away and so I can't see the courses completely to navigate and open them. I intend to test the course to see how things look on mobile. There are some embedded <iframe> pages that need to be tested to see how they look on the mobile environment. However, in order to complete testing, I would like the site(mobile) to perform in ideal condition and the unsupported browser makes it seem like the website isn't functioning at it's best in current environment.

Note: I have the latest Chrome (on an Android device) and tested it on some other phones as well.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Thanks!

Hi Allison, I posted a similar thing about RISE. today. https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/error-on-rise-mobile-browser-chrome

I am not trying to edit the RISE, just viewing and testing on the mobile experience.

I am just sharing a RISE site and view it on iPhone and seem to have a problem.

Do you know why?

Why it has a problem on iPhone's CHROME browser? The arrow at the bottom to advance to the next page not staying.

Safari is ok for the arrow at the bottom, it stays and I can click on.

BOTH SAFARI AND CHROME have a problem with the audio. Audio is volume is up on my phone but no audio when playing the module in RISE/ARTICULATE REVIEW?
