Unzip and Rezip Rise File: No Action Statements are generated

I have an issue. I would like to modify some code within my published Rise files. However, when I unzip and rezip a Rise exported course, this file no longer generates action statements on my LMS. Is there a way around this? Please note, that I am not modifying any javascript within the file, just minor changes in the index.html
