I noticed that jpgs and pngs (possibly other media too) are not easy to upload today, as the application sends an error message. (with the 'dismiss' option).
Once I go back to the menu, I am automatically logged out from my account and need to provide my credentials anew to move back to the course.
After logging in again it starts working again for a little while, then the same problems (a)rise.

I'm not having any problems uploading images into Rise, either from the Content Library or from my computer.
If you are still having problems you should contact Articulate Technical Support.
