Hi, I have finished creating a Rise Course. When I publish my Rise course it downloads a zip file to my desktop, but when I try and upload that zip file onto my Moodle LMS it gives me an error message saying "There is something wrong with the format of the CSV file. Please check the number of headings and columns match, and that the delimiter and file encoding are correct: Invalid CSV file format - number of columns is not constant!" I have also tried to just upload straight from the storyline and I get the same error message. Is there a way to change the CSV format?
Would you mind attaching the zipped output to a new thread comment? I'd like to test it in SCORM Cloud, which is a handy tool for LMS testing. If I encounter the same error message there, then we'll take a closer look at what could be causing this!
Are you sure you are clicking on an option that will allow you to upload a SCORM module/zip file? It sounds like it thinks you are trying to upload a csv/table file.
