URGENT: Cannot get Rise to load

I am on a tight timeline to get out COVID-19 education. Using Rise and I was almost finished when I started getting a message that I was no longer connected to the internet. I AM connected to the internet and can load Review 360 immediately. When I go to Rise 360 I get a message that "your computer is offline." I have attached screenshots. Is this a Rise 360 issue? How can I rectify? Need to complete this lesson and share it TODAY.
