Urgent ! Problem of the type of the image in Rise !!

Hi everyone,

I've encountered a problem when i uploaded an image JPG in the activity Labeled Graphic in Rise. It told me that it's not the right type of image (Not true !) and tell me to try again.

Does anyone have an idea of which problem could it be ?

i had the same problem yesterday trying to insert a .png file I exported from power point. it finally worked after i restarted everything and exported the file again. i figured it was a problem with my system, but now i wonder...

Hi folks! I'm so sorry you all ran into trouble uploading images into Rise 360.

You should now be able to successfully upload the image, even if the file name contains spaces. Be sure to refresh your browser to take advantage of this bug fix.
