As long as every one in your organization have Articulate 360 Teams accounts, your team members can be assigned as collaborators on any Rise course development project. It does not matter whether or not that course is part of another team within your own organization, or a project within an external organization.
For example, our internal team members also work on a Rise course being developed by an external contractor.
