Using multiple knowledge checks

Good afternoon,
I am using multiple knowledge checks within 1 Rise course b/c I have it branching within the course for languages. I have it set up to pass at a certain percent for all 3 KCs, but it won't let me move on when passed. Only 1 KC will let me move on, but the other two will not.
Example:
lesson
lesson
KC-lets me move on
lesson
lesson
KC-does not let me move on even though I passed
lesson

KC-does not let me move on even though I passed
I've tried using the branching to the other language courses, but when we tried in the LMS, the original course won't recognize the actions of the branched course. It's very frustrating. We need to have one course for all 3 languages.

This is pretty odd. Have you tried resetting the pass percentage? (i.e. swap it to 75%)
As for the LMS, do you have your export completion criteria set to course completion percentage? Since there so much branching, you'll have to figure out the minimum and adjust that percentage during Rise export, if you haven't yet.
Is it out of the question to split the 3 language variants in to 3 individual courses?
Personally I don't think I would be comfortable using Rise branching to manage multiple language variants of a single course.
Hi Amanda!
I'd love to get a closer look at your course to see how it behaves on my side. Would you mind sharing it with us?
If that works for you, please send the course "Share" link our support team here. We'll give it a test and suggest next steps!
