In the ribbon at the top > in the paragraph section, click the little tiny arrow in the bottom right corner. (Just like Microsoft products.) That opens the paragraphs settings. In there, you can adjust the indentation settings.
Hi Dave! It sounds like you may be thinking of Storyline 360 instead of Rise 360. There isn't a way to adjust the margin spacing in the list block in Rise 360.

Yes, you can adjust that.
