The videos look great as stand alone .mp4 files, but when uploaded to RISE they develop an orange haze in the background. We have tried a denoiser, but that seems to make it worse!
I have stumped both our video vendor and Articulate Support with this issue. I was hoping all of you may have some feedback or ideas on how I can fix this. I have 16 courses with this issue...and can't go live with the video not looking perfect.
