I know folks have said they are having issues having videos play in Chrome. I actually have the issue of Explorer not playing all my videos, especially in Rise.
If I publish it for the LMS, it seems ok, but I don't want my reviewers to be concern about not seeing a video (or not able to see them).
Is this a known issue for Explorer?
It's not all the videos (which is weird because they are the same file format and small).
We are also seeing this error as well. We are using Edge. I would also like to add that the error is seen in both Preview and our LMS and is inconsistent. Often, upon revisiting the lesson, the videos will work.
