I'm fairly new to Rise but like it a lot so far. I've uploaded some mp4 videos. They play fine in preview but when I push them to our LMS, and try to play on a desktop and/or an iphone i get an error that "The media could not be loaded, either because the server of the network failed or because the format is not supported." I then tried to use the multimedia code snippet in blocks, and when I preview, I see all the actual code. Anyone have experience with this?
Hi Michael - As you can see here, I did not hear back from Rob. Are you checking SCORM Cloud as shared above? I want to make sure I'm not missing what you are sharing here.

Hi Rob - Do you experience a similar issue if you upload the content to SCORM Cloud? Sounds like your LMS server may not allow that MIME type.

I'm resurrecting this thread in case there has been any movement on a solution. I'm getting the same error on Apple products.
Our technologist is looking into whether ours is an LMS issue or not. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and found a solution?
