Hello all, videos have uploaded are seem to e stuck in Processing mode. I've cancelled and redone the upload got the same result. Videos are about 5-7 minutes long. Size varies from 145 MB to 293. Solutions?
Hi Leslie! So sorry you were having trouble uploading videos to Rise 360 yesterday. Are new video uploads still getting stuck in processing today? If so, please try this:
HI, sorry for the late reply. I basically turned off my computer and waited until the next day. Could have been drag on the internet system due to shared bandwidth? Anyway go the videos in. Thanks for checkin.
