I have videos in my RISE course. When I view it in review, they are fine. When I publish to either LMS or Web, the videos say they cannot be loaded. Pic below. any ideas?
I just read some other posts. It works only in IE11. Not edge or Chrome. Is this standard?
Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear your videos aren't loading properly with your Rise courses are published for Web or LMS.
Here are some steps that you can try to resolve this issue:
1. Delete the video from your course, and try uploading it again. Republish your course, then upload it to your LMS or web server again.
2. If that doesn't work, try renaming the video with a shorter file name and then replace the video in your course.
If the issue persists, please send us a copy of your video files by uploading them here. Our customer support engineers will work with you directly to fix this problem.

Is there a recommended video format? I’m using MP4.
