I have added a storyline block with video closed caption enabled from start of the slide but is not showing in Rise 360. The closed captions donot show automatically in Rise output and i need to again click the CC button to show. Could this can be fixed by Articulate technical team and without the black background in front of the storyline block, as currently i have include a image poster for the video in storyline.
