Video Won't Play in HealthStream - Video Done in Replay 360 and imported into Rise 360

I recorded a video in Replay 360 and the imported it into a module in Rise 360. We had reports of people not being able to get the video to play when they used Internet Explorer. We had success in getting it to work in Google Chrome but now have reports that the video will freeze and/or that there is no sound. We use HealthStream as our LMS. Any thoughts?

Hello, Mikel! Sorry to hear your learners are having issues viewing a video in Internet Explorer. 

When using Internet Explorer, we suggest turning off Compatibility View for sites where your courses are hosted. Have your learners turn off Compatibility View for HealthStream LMS, and that should make a difference.

Also, it's worth testing your course in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud. That will narrow down whether the issue is related to the course itself, or to your LMS environment.
