I used to be able to download a video uploaded to Rise by clicking "edit" and then right-clicking on the video file itself and downloading it. This seems to not be an option any more. The file name is no longer an active link. Is there a way to get it back? I didn't worry about saving all my webinar videos once they were up in Rise since I could easily get them back from the Rise courses I created. :(
Hi there, Judi. We made a change in October 2019 to prevent right-click downloading of videos in Rise to protect your intellectual property. I'll send you an email with more detail to see how we can help.
Hi again, Judi. My teammates helped me realize a really quick way to access your media. I'll get a stronger coffee, and you can export your course for web. In that package, you'll see a copy of every media asset that you've added to your course. I hope that helps!
