Hello, my company has a large number of associates that use the share links to the Rise Courses and we have them access it in Chrome. It has worked fine for months but this week quite a few associates only get a completely blank page (attached image) when they load the Rise Course (with no error message from Chrome or otherwise). Our IT department is trying to troubleshoot what might be causing it, but is it possible that there has been an update either with Rise or Chrome that might be causing viewability issues for some?

If your viewers are running into a blank screen while viewing a Rise 360 Share link, a good first step is to ask them to switch to a different web browser or clear their browser cache.

My and my colleague are finding it doesn't work via Firefox or Safari on our Macs, but working on any browser on our Windows PCs.
Try to create a new share link.
