Viewers getting blank page for Rise Course in Chrome?

Hello, my company has a large number of associates that use the share links to the Rise Courses and we have them access it in Chrome. It has worked fine for months but this week quite a few associates only get a completely blank page (attached image) when they load the Rise Course (with no error message from Chrome or otherwise).  Our IT department is trying to troubleshoot what might be causing it, but is it possible that there has been an update either with Rise or Chrome that might be causing viewability issues for some?

Hello, Dawn and Shanzel! It sounds like Chaedi's IT team made some adjustments to their security software to prevent it from blocking Rise 360 content on the Share link, but we don't have details on the exact steps that were followed.

If your viewers are running into a blank screen while viewing a Rise 360 Share link, a good first step is to ask them to switch to a different web browser or clear their browser cache
