I've added a drag and drop question in Storyline 360 and then uploaded it to Rise 360. When it's in preview mode it won't work when in mobile format (portrait or landscape). Is this a general issue and is there a way to solve this problem?
Hello Liz! That behavior is expected; Storyline blocks cannot play back during a mobile phone preview of your Rise course. However, you can get an accurate preview of how your Storyline block plays on a mobile device by using the Share link.
