We tested a Rise lesson in Internet Explorer. When the user hovers over some of the images a white box randomly appears. As the user moves the mouse around the images, the box appears in different places (both on an off the image). This is not happening in Chrome. Any thoughts on how to stop this from happening?
Figured it out! In the image caption I was entering a space to eliminate the "add a caption" auto-text. I thought I needed to do this so that text would not show on the published product. It turns out that this was creating Alt text box that appeared when the user hovered over the image. It did not look like an Alt text box to me since there was no text in it. If I remove the space in the caption, no Alt text box appears when the user hovers over the image.

Hi Eric,
That's certainly odd, I can't say I've seen that happen before! Thanks for reaching out about it.
Would you be willing to send us your course Share link so we can test it in Internet Explorer 11 on our side?
If that works for you, you can send us that link by clicking here.

Perfect; thanks for the update, Eric!
