Hi guys, I have 5 movies on my local drive. These are downloaded from Vimeo.
When they are at the local drive or with vimeo codes, the thumbnail is correct.
But when uploading file to Rise, the picture turn into a totally white screen and looks totally unprofessional. Do anybody know what I do wrong? I have never exp. this before.
Hi Kasper! There might be a white screen at the very beginning of the video. I would suggest splicing the video a bit from the beginning so that it will start with the picture, and not a blank white screen.
