Maybe I'm missing something, but why am I, as the Teams Account Owner, not go in and change who the account owner on a Rise account in the Course settings if I'm a Course Manager? Is there a simple way to do this that I'm not aware of? Please see the screenshot I attached below.
I understand the roles, but my question is why isn't there functionality built in as the Articulate Owner/Admin (me) to be able to switch roles for situations like my team is in now. My employee is OOO with COVID and we need a way to flip the Course ownership to other ID's on the team. I'm shocked that I don't have that ability to manage ownership as the admin of all of my teams seats.
Echoing this question. I have a former employee who is the "owner" of many of our courses. I need this to transfer to the admin, or at least to give me the ability to transfer it myself.

Hi Tony,
Only the Course Owner can transfer course ownership.
