Working with large videos

Hi all,

I'm trying to use one video that lasts 00:43:59 (43 minutes and 59 secs) and the size is 348 MB but it doesn't work.

I've tried to put the video using a multimedia block, but it displays an error message (first image attached).

I have also tried using a SL block and it works in the tool, but when I export in the app and try to launch it simply closes.

If I try to launch it desktop it sends a failure message (second image attached).

Do anyone have faced the same problem? Any ideas about how to solve this?

Hi Hector! So sorry to hear you're getting an issue with your video. You can try re-encoding your video using a third-party video conversion tool called Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/).
