Writing answer text and exporting it to a file

Hi there

I'm working on a new project using Rise 360. I've never used the platform before: the look and feel of it is impressive, but I'm still getting used to how it works!

I was wondering: is it possible to do either/both of the following?

1. Learners are prompted to write down their thoughts in a text box, possibly with a few basic formatting tools (like the text box I'm writing this text into, in fact).
2. The content of all the text boxes throughout the course is collated into some exportable file format.  

Is there something I'm missing, or some workaround, that means these could be done?
