xlff file extraction

Oct 12, 2018

Hi, I am trying to extract a RISE course in xlff to send for translation but Adobe doesn't seem to accept the file type.  Has anyone else found another way to get the file out in this way or does it matter?  I have managed to pull a pdf version of the course but all the RISE help guidance suggests that xlff simplifies the process.

Thanks

Hi Bev and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

We do recommend using an XLIFF file for translating your Rise course.

As you can see in that documentation, you would want to use a web app, computer program, or professional translation service to edit your XLIFF file.

You can send that file to your translation company or team, and then they can send it back to you.
